The conservation status of habitat 8310 has been negatively influenced by human activities in the site and the surrounding area.
WHAT DID I DO?
The reconstruction of the morphology consisted of unclogging the entrances and galleries, and removing materials deposited naturally or artificially by the inhabitants of the area.
The de-pollution of the cavities was done by removing waste, including animal carcasses, by means adapted to the situation and using special equipment.
The protection of the rehabilitated habitats was done by installing protective devices (grilles, gates, fences).
From the first year of implementation, we developed the Monitoring Plan, through which we established the objectives, indicators, content of the GIS database, analysis parameters and interpretation methods.
